We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle, providing you with flexibility in payment options.
After the holidays, do you remove the holiday lights?
Yes, after the holiday season, our professional team will remove your lights before January 15th and store them for the following year.
Do I have to put a deposit down when I book a light installation?
Yes, we do require a deposit to secure your booking.
What types of decorations do you offer?
We specialize in roof lines and trees, which can be challenging for most homeowners. However, we also offer customizable options for those who prefer a more hands-on approach to decorating.
Do I have to turn on my lights every night?
No, all lights installed for customers come with automated timers, allowing you to set your preferred ON/OFF times.
How long does a bid proposal take?
In-season, remote proposals usually take 1-2 hours, but we prefer to do as many in-person proposals as possible for a personal touch.
What if something happens to my lights?
We are a full-service company, and your lights and decorations are guaranteed day-to-day. If you experience any issues, send us a photo of the problem, and we’ll respond within 24 hours to make adjustments or replace any dead bulbs.
What types of decorations and lighting do you offer?
We specialize in elegant static lighting and extreme animated (computer-controlled) displays for residential and commercial applications. We also provide professional holiday scenarios, wreaths, garlands, and special effects lighting.
Can we use our own lights?
We only install commercial-grade lighting that was originally purchased from us. This policy ensures quality and customization, as we can repair and warranty our products.
When is my final balance due?
Your final balance is due at the completion of your installation appointment. We’ll tally up the total based on the materials used and charge your credit or debit card within three days.
How much does it cost to get a holiday installation?
Our prices are tailored to your specific needs, job size, and complexity. We provide accurate quotes based on your requirements, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
Do I need insurance?
You can trust us for safe delivery and installation. Our team is thoroughly trained in safety practices, and we maintain liability and workers’ insurance to ensure a secure process.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of our arrival, your deposit, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. We’ll provide you with all the necessary details and clarity when you contact us.
